We aim to post your orders as soon as possible and will email you when your order has been dispatched. All postage costs are stated in our SHOP and can be seen prior to purchasing.

Slightly heavier or larger items can be posted by alternative methods or in some circumstances my be collected, at the customers own discretion. Please email us for further details.

We do take pride in our packing and will take the greatest care to ensure are goods are sufficiently wrapped up. In the rare instance of breakage or damage during transit, we are unable to take responsibly and will not be able refund or exchange items damaged.  

International Shipping

We will happily ship to anywhere in the world, so if your postage is not stated then please email us and we will send you a quote.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will happily refund or exchange unworn items returned in the same condition as they were sent within 28 days of delivery.

However postage costs can not be refunded. If you require an exchange, outbound postage charges will apply.

We can not exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Faults with products:

We strive to produce good quality products but if you are unhappy with your purchase due to a fault we will gladly refund or exchange the item. If the fault is reparable we will happily do so for no extra charge. Outbound postage costs will not apply on faulty itmes.
