Postage

*All orders are now sent recorded and there for require a signature. *

I aim to post your orders within three working days of cleared payment (not applicable to commissions). However if this is not possible I will contact you via email as soon as possible to notify you.

If you would like your order for a specific date please contact me before ordering and we can discuss quick postage options.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. All postage costs are stated in my SHOP and can be seen prior to purchasing.

Slightly heavier or larger items can be posted by alternative methods or in some circumstances my be collected, at the customers own discretion. Please email me for further details.

I take pride in my packing and will take the greatest care to ensure are goods are sufficiently wrapped up. In the rare instance of breakage or damage during transit, I am unable to take responsibly and will not be able refund or exchange items damaged.  

International Shipping

I will happily ship to anywhere in the world, so if your postage is not stated then please email me and I will send you a quote.

Postage during Vacations

Unfortunately I am unable to dispatch orders when I am on holiday as I work alone. All orders placed when I am away will be posted on my return which I will state clearly on the home page of my website. I also include details of events on my events page, which may also effect dispatch time.

 


 

Refunds & Exchanges

I will happily refund or exchange unworn items returned in the same condition as they were sent within 28 days of delivery.

However postage costs can not be refunded. If you require an exchange, outbound postage charges will apply.

I can not exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Faults with products:

I strive to produce good quality products but if you are unhappy with your purchase due to a fault I will gladly refund or exchange the item. If the fault is reparable I will happily do so for no extra charge. Outbound postage costs will not apply on faulty items.

Payment

My shop is currently hosted by BigCartel. Which means when you click on SHOP at the top of any page it will take you directly to our shop on the Big Cartel website. This does not effect your security in any way as all online payments are taken through paypal.

 

Solution Graphics

I also accept cheques. Please make the cheque payable to The Libertarian and Email me to get my postal address. Orders can not be dispatched until cheques have cleared, so it will take slightly longer for you to receive your order. The same time allowance also applies to paypal e-cheques.
